The Fatal Contradiction of the Evangelistic Atheist

I used to tell atheists who were trying to convince me to relinquish my faith, “you KNOW He is because if you did not believe He was, then you would not be troubled by my belief in Him.”

Their quest was not truly to save me from my supposed false belief, but to get rid of my faith because it stood then and stands now against their own non-belief and convicted them, to their discomfort, through no fault of my own.
