Afrikan Communal Defense

Afrikan communal defense must be collective and not individual and vigilante and under a central command and control structure which brings us to our biggest problem, the lack of institutional construction. We tend to develop random movements to respond to things rather than build institutions to prevent negative circumstances in the first place.

Undisciplined arms are counterproductive. Soldiers must be trained spiritually, mentally, and emotionally. I know that we can do this training, as we do it everyday for the oppressive system. So its not that we cannot be trained to use our weaponry differently, it’s just that we have not been by those who claim to be our leadership.
